What does the first call cost?
Nothing. It is a 30-minute call to understand your situation. If we can help, you get a written proposal with a fixed fee before any work starts.
Q.02
How do you charge?
Fixed fees, agreed in writing. Bookkeeping and payroll have a set monthly price, and one-off work such as a tax return is quoted upfront. If the scope changes, we agree the new fee first.
Q.03
Can you take over from my current accountant?
Yes. We contact your previous accountant for the handover, check last year’s filings and make sure nothing falls through the gap. Most switches take less than two weeks.

Who will I actually deal with?
One named accountant who knows your file, reachable by email or phone. No call centre and no being passed around.

Which software do you work with?
Xero, QuickBooks and FreeAgent. If you are starting from scratch, we set one up for you. Your records always stay yours.
