Company Formation
Your limited company registered and set up correctly from the first day, with Companies House and HMRC in order.

We advise on whether a limited company suits you, then register it with Companies House, prepare the articles and share structure, and set up your statutory registers. We also register the company for Corporation Tax and, where needed, for VAT and PAYE.
Before the company starts trading, we sit down with you to explain your duties as a director, the deadlines that apply to you and how to pay yourself tax-efficiently.
WHAT'S INCLUDED

QUESTIONS
Should I be a sole trader or a limited company?
It depends on your profits, your plans and the risks of your work. We go through the numbers with you on the first call, and recommend staying a sole trader if that suits you better.
Can you provide a registered office address?
Yes. You can use our London address as your registered office and director service address, so your home address stays off the public record.
What happens after the company is formed?
Many clients move straight onto our bookkeeping and payroll services, but there is no obligation. You receive everything you need to run the company with any accountant.
